Contract Deconstruction

Contract deconstruction is the process where a contract is reviewed and analyzed word by word, sentence by sentence and paragraph by paragraph in conjunction with other applicable appendices and/or documentation at a granular level to determine roles and responsibilities in a simplified, easily understandable non legal level for operational purposes.
